The DK250 mini shredder is designed with an emphasis on high performance while maintaining extremely compact dimensions. With a size of 800 × 650 × 1170 mm (length × width × height), it is an ideal solution for workshops that have limited space, but at the same time require a reliable and powerful machine. This is why this model is perfect for integration directly into the output of cutting centers from renowned brands such as HOMAG and FELDER - it spatially and functionally matches their workflow and allows immediate processing of waste as it arises during production without unnecessary transfers and storage of residues.

The working capacity of the machine ranges from 250 to 350 kg per hour depending on the type of shredded material, while the crushing reduces the volume of waste by up to 80%. The output fraction in the size of 15-20 mm is ideal for further processing, for example, for the production of pellets or briquettes. The 225 x 245 mm crushing chamber is designed to handle chipboard residues from cutting lines without any problems, with an emphasis on uniform performance and efficiency.

The device is equipped with two shafts with a torque of 600 Nm, which ensure consistent crushing even under higher loads. With an electrical input of 2 x 1.5 kW and the use of frequency converters with PLC control, the shaft speeds can be continuously regulated, ensuring energy efficiency and gentle handling of components. Thanks to bevel-helical electric gearboxes, operation is quiet, smooth and reliable, which reduces the noise level in the working area.

The steel hopper with rubber reinforcement contributes to noise reduction, increasing the operator's comfort. The knife discs are inserted separately and are easily replaced - in the event of damage, it is not necessary to change the entire shaft, but only a specific disc, which significantly simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime.
